I am creating a topic Commission Requirements to address Policy Updates & Interpretations.  You may find these in the Triniti Comm Terms & Conditions in your FMS Home Page, Referral System >> Member FAQ's.  It may also be reached directly   https://fms.triniticomm.com/fms_icagreement.asp.  A recent review by Family Member Maury Kennedy brings to light clarification on the current Policy and upcoming changes.  As we approach the imminent distribution of our IPTV system supplemented by the activation of our business model, Maury has some Key information to share with all Referral Specialists.. COMMISSIONS, CUSTOMER POINTS & MINIMUM CUSTOMER POINTS

Triniti Comm’s Compensation Program is predicated upon a Referral Family Member’s Rank/Tier & associated measures of achievement in the population of Descendant RFM’s & Customers.

Triniti’s business is evolving &, while in the state of flux, the measurement criteria follow in gradual evolution. Momentarily relaxed, it will become more stringent once the pieces are installed for steady-state operation.

The current policy, as of April 11, as stated in the FMS: “ … Bonus overrides will not be paid to you until you have one (1) personally entered Active FM with one Customer Point (CP) AND you have acquired one (1) personal CP. Once this criteria has been met, the commissions generated by that Active FM will be unlocked and released to all ancestor Members of the Family Tree who have become Active FMs. You will receive a commission override from everyone who becomes activated using the formula explained above as long as they have satisfied any Minimum Customer Point requirements to trigger income.”

Interpreting, a New Referral Member triggers Commissions upward through Seven Generations to those that are ACTIVE FM’s. Although the specific situation not explicitly addressed, it follows that if an Ancestor is not Active/Qualified, that Ancestor would not receive a pro-rated Generational Bonus while all the others who are Active/Qualified would.

To be clear, at the moment, that trigger is coincident with the New Referral Member submitting the BSF/Lock-In of $441.36 AND ordering the no-charge NucliusTV Service. That process creates the ONE CUSTOMER POINT required.

Regarding the Ancestors, only those that are Active/Qualified can receive pro-rated Commissions. To be Active/Qualified, that Ancestor must be CURRENT WITH MONTHLY ACTIVITY FEE, at a minimum have TWO CUSTOMER POINTS & ONE ACTIVE RFM. Again, momentarily, this is being relaxed to ONE CP. Going forward, if that Ancestor does not meet the One CP, Commissions will not be released. The Rules are explained in the FMS FAQ’s how & WHEN Commissions are allocated in the event that Rank/Tier/Generation & MAF requirements are not met.

It is important to focus on the New RFM becoming Active/Qualified. THIS IS IMPORTANT. While only ONE CUSTOMER POINT is now required to release Commissions, it will soon be increased. At that time, the New RFM must become Active/Qualified within Thirty (30) Days & record TWO Customer Points with ONE Active RFM. Recall, the First CP is attached with the BSF/Lock-In payment. While the Second CP can come from any Service, External or Internal, the NEW RFM MUST have a Referral/Adoption. If completed within the 30 Day window, Commissions are unlocked & released upward to all Active Ancestors. CONVERSELY, IF THAT RFM DOES NOT BECOME ACTIVE/QUALIFIED WITHIN THIRTY DAYS, COMMISSIONS WILL BE FORFEITED & NONE PAID. It becomes important that every adopting FM makes sure the Minimum CP level

*** IMPORTANT *** This is FUTURE & WILL be implemented. Presently, only the ONE CP will unlock Commissions.

As mentioned, requirements are currently relaxed & will soon be increased. This might help perspective:
